What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and shipping address — needed to fulfil the order.
• Your order history — what you bought and when.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to updates. Separate from ordering, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not collect or store card details. Payment information goes directly to Razorpay and never reaches our servers.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners — delivery.
• Our email provider — order confirmations and, if you opted in, updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Marketing emails are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we’re not legally required to keep. Email support@vanta-os.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
