Who you're buying from

This store is operated by Vanta LLP, GSTIN 33ABBFV0521D1ZV, shipping from Chennai 600092. We are the seller of record for everything sold here — there is no third-party vendor between us and you.

Acceptance

By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock that has sold out, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Prices can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price that applies.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details.

Stock

Apparel is made in single runs and is not restocked. Once a size is gone it does not return. Where a size shows as sold out, it is genuinely sold out.

Health and safety

Read carefully before using any product bought here.

• These are general wellness products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Mouth tape and nasal strips are not a treatment for sleep apnoea or any breathing disorder. If your breathing is obstructed during sleep, consult a physician.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.
• Follow the contraindications printed on each product page and on the packaging. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort.
• Keep all products out of reach of children.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, tracking, damaged parcels and missing items are covered by our Shipping Policy. Exchanges are covered by our Exchanges Policy. Your statutory rights under Indian consumer law are unaffected by anything in these terms.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. We do not add warranty cover beyond what Indian consumer protection law requires.

Intellectual property

The Vanta name, marks, product design, photography and site copy belong to Vanta LLP. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before raising a formal dispute, contact us at support@vanta-os.com and we will work to resolve it within 30 days. Disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
