Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within India only. International orders cannot be placed or fulfilled. Orders with an address outside India will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every serviceable PIN code in India. There is no minimum. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Payment
All orders are prepaid, processed through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day ship the same day; orders after 2 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is with the courier.
Delivery timeframes
Estimates from dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays:
- Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 and 3 cities — 5–7 business days
- Remote and rural areas — 7–10 business days
Delivery times may extend during peak season, festivals, or events outside our control.
Tracking
Your tracking link arrives in the dispatch email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and goes straight to the courier’s own tracking page. If you can’t find that email, or tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of it, write to support@vanta-os.com with your order number and we’ll send it to you.
Delivery attempts and address
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to our warehouse, and re-shipping charges may apply. Please give a complete address with PIN code and a working phone number — we can’t change an address once the parcel has shipped, and we’re not liable for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete one.
Damaged or missing items
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and what’s missing. Email support@vanta-os.com.
